In addition to creating amazing works of cake art, Olivia offers group classes as well. Our classes are perfect for a beginning cake designer who wants to learn the basics of cake decorating such as getting that smooth buttercream finish, or for more advanced decorators who need to take their skills to the next level. Students will learn everything needed to create their very own works of art using various creative techniques. Each student will assemble their own cake to take home. All materials are provided for you to take the class. Space is limited. Classes are only taught between December-May.

Learn how to decorate your own designer cookies! We create a unique set each class that will cover a variety of decorating techniques.
Olivia has been perfecting her sugar cookie decorating techniques for the past 10 years and has taken 2 courses from the renowned, Sandie Beltran of You Can Call Me Sweetie. She will be sharing with us her secrets and giving you a solid foundation, so you can also create these beautiful cookies at home!
