Description
Come decorate your own egg-inspired Easter cake! This is a hands-on class where you will learn how to ice a cake using Swiss meringue buttercream and decorate it using a few different techniques: piping rosettes and grass, colored ganache drip, and splatter painting with food color. Each student will get their own 6″ cake to stack, fill, and decorate. I will walk you through everything step-by-step. Ages 12+.
This class includes all materials and will cover:
- How to work with Swiss meringue buttercream
- How to ice a cake with straight sides and sharp edges
- How to pipe rosettes and grass
- Recipes for the cake and buttercream are included!
