Welcome! My name is Olivia and I am the owner and pastry chef behind Olivia Rose, LLC. I grew up in the foothills of California on a berry farm, harvesting the fields, selling at farmer’s markets and serving in a small bistro. Constantly surrounded by fresh food, I developed an appetite for cooking, baking, and eating exceptionally tasting food.
In 2014, I graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, CO with a certificate in pastry arts. I am excited to combine my farming background with my passion for pastry. Everything I make is from scratch, using fresh and local ingredients, when possible.
Our mission is to provide an experience that will make our clients feel elite and elegant on their wedding day- an experience that is established with visionary excellence, insightful detail, and luxurious quality desserts.
I happily take private orders from my home, serving the Denver, CO area and beyond.

Adorable!
Olivia did the smash cake for my daughters 1st birthday pictures and it was so adorable! She also did the cupcakes and smash cake for her party. It was bee themed and she made the cutest bumble bee smash cake and cupcakes that looked like bee hives! They tasted and looked amazing!!

Olivia Hoopes is a cake artist! We ordered my twins 1st birthday cake from her a ties and tutus theme. It was so amazing my 13 year old daughter wanted a cake from her as well. And since the first one was so delicious I could not say no! The pricing is very reasonable, especially for the work she does. When I sent over images of what we wanted, she did not hesitate.
